The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified on www.jointhemovementnow.co.uk.
  10. The prize is as follows: A food delivery from a local outlet for up to £200. Prize delivery is subject to there being a service that delivers to the veterinary clinic. No cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected or not connected with this promotion. The food supplier not the Promoter is responsible for the quality of the food delivered, and the Promoter will not accept liability for consequential loss or damages in the event of a quality issue with the food.
  11. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of their winning monthly draw, in order for the winning food order to be agreed and placed. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond back to the Promoter within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  12. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
